Arbitrum officials pulled 8,426 ETH and 74.56 million ARB valued at $30.25 million directly from the Binance hacker wallet on the chain, following the same protocol action used six months ago when the rsETH thief lost 30,766 ETH.

ETH trades at $2222.8 inside a bearish structure defined by the EMA50 at $2353.5 and EMA200 at $2462.89, with MACD locked in a death cross at -18.76. Price now tests the lower Bollinger band support at $2254.2 while RSI sits at 32.21, leaving the 50-EMA as the next clear resistance level that must hold before any sustained move higher.
