Bitget: Institutions Demand Stocks Crypto Unified Access

Bitget is positioning itself to capture institutional flows by offering unified trading of stocks, commodities and crypto with equities accepted as collateral, according to CEO Gracy Chen. After a month of direct meetings with Wall Street desks, Chen stated that pure crypto venues no longer satisfy capital efficiency needs and will lose share to platforms delivering cross-asset access. The move aligns with the shift toward institutional crypto trading platforms that treat equities as collateral and multi-asset trading with equities collateral as core requirements.
