Cardano: OgmiosDotnet.BlockchainEvents v1.0.0 Released

Cardano builders now have a production-grade event layer after @ItsDave_ADA shipped OgmiosDotnet.BlockchainEvents v1.0.0 on August 1, 2026.

The open-source library connects directly to Ogmios, runs every transaction through fully customisable rules, and pushes only the matching activity as standard CloudEvents via HTTP, gRPC or server-sent events. A durable queue keeps events safe during consumer outages, while a single instance can feed wallets, governance platforms and DEX services simultaneously.

Shared Infrastructure Cuts Duplication

Projects avoid repeated chain-sync work and Ogmios SDK maintenance. Stress tests showed the full pipeline handling over 1,100 transactions per second with one-millisecond p99 latency and zero dropped emissions. The release follows 197 million ADA in yes votes from Catalyst Fund 14.
