Cerebras: OpenAI Multiyear Deal Hits $20B

Cerebras $CBRS locked in a multiyear OpenAI agreement valued above $20 billion covering 750 megawatts of compute, according to its SEC filing, while GPT-5.4 already runs on Cerebras hardware and GPT-5.5 follows in the next phase. The chipmaker also finalized an AWS deployment deal this week with revenue impact expected in 2027 and is advancing data-center talks in Israel, the UAE, Australia, Singapore, India and Indonesia. Q1 core revenue reached $191.3 million, up 92% year-over-year, cloud revenue hit $79.8 million, up 167%, and the company guided FY2026 core revenue to $855 million-$865 million, up 69%, though it posted a Q1 net loss of $0.22 per share.
