Chainlink: Hougan Labels It Crypto Mount Rushmore

Chainlink ranks as the fourth member of crypto's Mount Rushmore alongside Bitcoin, ETH and Solana according to Bitwise CIO Matt Hougan.

Hougan told @CryptoMichNL that average institutional investors still confuse the word oracle with the Greek Oracle of Delphi, yet Chainlink commands roughly 75% market share in real-world data adoption as blockchains expand off-chain connectivity. He noted that tokenomics complexity creates institutional barriers to Chainlink token ownership versus utility, even though a traditional C-Corp version would rank among the hottest tech names alongside Circle for stablecoin and tokenization exposure.
