According to @OnchainDataNerd, Christian Tom recently withdrew 3.843 million ARB tokens, valued at approximately $2.3 million, from Binance. These tokens were originally received eight months ago, valued at around $8.38 million, and were subsequently deposited into Binance. It is unclear if he sold the tokens and then repurchased them.
