Corporate treasurers formed the third wave at the Paris onchain event, joining over 100 attendees from 66 organisations beyond crypto natives and financial institutions, with intra-group transfers already driving volume in emerging markets where local rails lag and FX spreads widen, cutting Europe to Nigeria settlement from days to roughly 30 minutes at 15bp over interbank rates while the last mile still routes through correspondent banks and confidentiality demands encrypted amounts on public rails.
