Ethereum developer @pedrouid announced the split of EIP-8130 into three focused proposals that deliver composable native account abstraction: EIP-8398 for keystore actors and authenticators, EIP-8399 for keyed nonces and sponsorship, and EIP-8400 for policies and nonceless execution.
