Nasdaq: Warns Issuers on OKX Tokenized Shares

NasdaqExchange representatives have warned issuers against tokenizing shares via OKX and ICE Markets TSV, with 38 companies objecting so far and 23 of them Nasdaq-listed, according to Eleanor Terrett. The exchange has publicly cited concerns over tokenized shares trading outside traditional market structure and confirmed it is not launching a TSV. Instead, NasdaqExchange is advancing a separate tokenization model with Kraken slated for Q2 2027 launch.
