According to ZachXBT, the TLOxp tool, operated by TransUnion and meant for use by law enforcement and licensed professionals, has been compromised. This tool is now accessible on Telegram for less than $25 and is being exploited by threat actors for activities such as lookups on targets, swatting, and extortion.
