On the 4h chart SEI trades inside the Bollinger Bands at $0.06 with EMA50 resistance at $0.07 and EMA200 support at $0.06 while RSI at 42.43 stays neutral and MACD prints a death cross, so price may need to clear the upper band before any sustained continuation develops.
