SPCX Price Prediction: SpaceX valuation headlines meet a softening futures structure

What moved SPCX

SPCX, the Binance Futures tokenized exposure to SpaceX, is changing hands at $135.23, up 4.24% over 24 hours, with $614.95 million in reported daily volume. The move leaves the contract just above its 7-day average at $135.01, but still below the 20-day SMA at $142.90 and the 50-day SMA at $150.23. That matters because the short-term rebound is happening inside a broader downtrend rather than in front of it.

The trading range for the session, $128.86 to $137.59, also shows the contract is trying to stabilize after probing lower levels. The pivot sits at $133.89, with immediate resistance at $138.93 and stronger resistance at $142.62. On the downside, immediate support is $130.20 and strong support is $125.16.

Fundamental backdrop: valuation, profitability mix, and revenue concentration

For the underlying company story, Reuters reported in April and June that SpaceX was seeking a $1.75 trillion valuation in its IPO process. Reuters also said Starlink was the only profitable segment in the first quarter, generating $1.19 billion in operating profit, while the company posted a total operating loss of $1.94 billion on $4.69 billion of revenue, with the AI division contributing $2.47 billion of losses on $818 million of revenue. Reuters further said Musk would retain 85.1% of the combined voting power after the filing.

That is the main fundamental tension for SPCX: the valuation discussion is being anchored by a profitable connectivity business and long-duration growth ambitions, while the reported loss profile shows the rest of the platform is still consuming capital. Bloomberg added a fresh data point on November 6, 2026, saying SpaceX’s reliance on US government-funded contracts will fall below 10% of revenue this quarter, down from 16.6% in the most recent quarter. That implies the revenue mix is continuing to shift away from government work, but the scale of the transition is the key question, not a trading signal by itself.

Technical structure: rebound, but momentum has not flipped cleanly

Momentum is still cautious. The 14-period RSI at 42.45 sits in neutral territory, while the MACD is at -5.2638 with the histogram essentially flat at -0.0000, which points to weak directional confirmation rather than a clean bullish turn. Stochastic %K at 47.03 versus %D at 37.62 suggests price is recovering from an oversold drift, but not yet in a strong impulse phase.

The Bollinger structure is also informative. The middle band sits at $142.90, the upper band at $159.70 and the lower band at $126.10. With %B at 0.2717, SPCX is trading in the lower half of the band range, closer to downside support than to the upper band breakout zone. Daily ATR of $6.53 means the contract can move through these levels quickly; the spacing between pivot, resistance and support is not wide relative to typical daily volatility.

Derivatives tape: long bias, but not a clean conviction signal

On Binance Futures, funding is neutral at 0.0000%, so perpetual positioning is not paying up aggressively in either direction. Open interest stands at 3,658,443.99 contracts, with open interest value at $463.58 million, but the 24-hour OI change is -7.14%. That combination usually points to position closing or liquidation rather than fresh leverage building.

The cohort ratios lean long. Global accounts are 72.5% long versus 27.5% short, and top-trader accounts are 77.7% long versus 22.3% short. The taker buy/sell ratio is 1.0602, which is close to balanced. Taken together, that says traders on Binance are net tilted long, but the order flow is not forceful enough to call it a decisive breakout setup.

Key levels to watch

The market is sitting between a pivot at $133.89 and immediate resistance at $138.93. A sustained move through $138.93 would put the 20-day average at $142.90 back in play, where the next test becomes whether SPCX can reclaim the middle Bollinger band. If that fails, the contract remains vulnerable to a retest of $130.20 and then $125.16, which aligns closely with the lower band at $126.10.

There is no dated catalyst beyond the Reuters IPO reporting and Bloomberg’s November 6 revenue-mix note, so the next move is still being driven more by the technical tape and derivatives structure than by a scheduled event.
