Bitfinex, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, has announced the release of Version 1.120, bringing a range of improvements and bug fixes to its trading platform. According to Bitfinex, the update is designed to enhance user experience and streamline trading operations.
Key Improvements
The latest update introduces several enhancements, including a new typing line indicator for OTP and 2FA steps, which aims to bolster security measures. Additionally, a refresh button for 2FA has been added to the account settings pop-up, allowing users to manage their security preferences more efficiently.
Further improvements include a focus shift to the transfer form during auto-scrolling, replacing the exposure chart with a cryptocurrency daily change percentage chart, and an updated portfolio distribution pie chart in wallets. These changes are expected to provide users with more relevant and timely information for managing their portfolios.
Other updates include displaying a dash when the 'in use' amount is zero in the asset list upon wallet type selection, enhancements to Traditional Chinese translations, and adjustments to card deposits to skip requests when amounts are outside set limits. Moreover, crypto deposits now display notices when a selected token is restricted in a customer's region.
Addressing Bug Fixes
Version 1.120 also addresses several bugs that have been reported by users. Key fixes include resolving the issue where the multiple orders modal submit button was enabled with zero values in the 'Price change %' field and correcting the date format in the 'View analytics' chart to match settings preferences.
Additional bug fixes involve improving the close functionality of modals on small browser windows, enhancing mobile-friendliness of 2FA/OTP modals, and ensuring the IP whitelist toggle updates correctly after email approval. Bitfinex has also fixed sorting issues in wallet columns and addressed the display of scientific notation in asset transfers.
With these updates, Bitfinex continues its commitment to providing a robust and user-friendly trading platform for its global user base. The improvements and fixes are expected to further solidify Bitfinex's position as a preferred exchange for cryptocurrency traders.
