TD Markets Exchange (TDME), a prominent South African brokerage firm, has announced the launch of ZARC Coin, a digital asset pegged 1:1 to the South African Rand. The launch is conducted in collaboration with Shift Markets on the Stellar (XLM) network, according to Stellar.
