Specifically, a group referred to as '7 Siblings' purchased 56,093 ETH for $129.3 million USDC at a price of $2,305 per ETH. Another address, 0x267e...f91e, spent $101.97 million USDC to buy 44,653 ETH at $2,284 per ETH. This activity suggests significant bullish sentiment among large investors despite market downturns.
