Utilizing Groth16 proofs, the Plutus V3 validator processes transactions entirely on-chain, eliminating the need for sidechains or off-chain verification. This innovation enables secure, reusable credentials for age-restricted services such as purchasing alcohol, enhancing privacy and utility.
