Apple: Seeks Stablecoin Experts for Payments

Apple posted a job listing seeking stablecoin expertise for payment roles with compensation up to $280,000, following Samsung plans to add the feature to Samsung Wallet. Together the firms control more than 3.5 billion active devices worldwide. This move enables hardware-level key security in iPhone and Galaxy wallets, direct stablecoin use for App Store purchases, and existing Apple Pay and Google Pay POS rails that could sidestep Visa and Mastercard networks for merchants over time.
