Analysis

Bitcoin recorded 32,000 options expiring August 7 with a put-call ratio of 0.26, max strike $64,000 and $2.06 billion notional, while 177,000 ETH contracts settled at 0.77 PCR and $340 million notional.

Price has oscillated around the 64K zone for more than two months since May after a similar consolidation from February to April that preceded a 30 percent rally; the area above 65K marks heavy volume from the earlier advance, and absent fresh speculative flows the bias tilts lower.

On the 4-hour chart BTC trades at $64,504 inside a bullish structure defined by EMA50 at $64,077 and EMA200 at $63,642, yet MACD shows a death cross at 200.35 while RSI sits neutral at 56.46; with price pressing the upper Bollinger band at $64,935, a measured pullback toward the 50-EMA support at $64,077 appears probable before any sustained continuation.
