Analysis

Bitcoin stays trapped in its current range with a decisive break above $65,800 required to unlock the next leg higher toward $73,000 and potentially $82,500.

Downside risk remains secondary after the market already absorbed tests near $60,000, with any sustained loss of that level opening the door to $52,000-$54,000.

Price action on the 4h chart shows BTC at $64,953.86 inside the Bollinger bands, pressing toward upper resistance at $65,244.41 while the 50-EMA at $64,584.13 and 200-EMA at $63,782.60 continue to anchor the bullish structure; neutral RSI at 53.26 combined with the MACD death cross at 172.67 signals that any rejection at the upper band could produce a quick retracement to the 50-EMA before the next directional impulse.
