Bitcoin ETFs recorded $137.9M in net outflows on October 23, led by BlackRock's IBIT with $110.3M, Onchain Lens reported. Month-to-date net outflows reached $313.5M while 24h onchain custody outflows hit 6,998 BTC worth roughly $571.6M, and only three of twelve funds have reported so far.

BTC trades at $80851.03 on the 4h chart inside a bearish structure beneath the EMA50 at $82151.29 and EMA200 at $82035.8, with MACD locked in a death cross at -368.45 and RSI neutral at 36.81; price remains contained between the lower Bollinger support at $79943.36 and upper resistance at $84577.04.
