According to @jessepollak, XRP holders can now put their XRP on Coinbase, withdraw as cbXRP on Base, and borrow against it for USDC on MoonwellDeFi. This marks the first fully onchain, scalable, and permissionless way to leverage XRP as collateral, unlocking new trading and DeFi strategies for the XRPArmy.
