Circle: Native USDC Launches on X Layer via OKX

Circle and OKX activated native USDC and CCTP on X Layer, giving PSPs, fintechs and AI agents direct access to the largest regulated dollar stablecoin for onchain lending, crosschain transfers and automated payments. OKX Pay will integrate USDC next, extending the rails to everyday commerce while Circle Mint handles qualified institutional issuance and redemption. The move expands USDC native support to 36 blockchains and CCTP to 26, tightening liquidity for 24/7 settlement in the emerging agentic economy.
