According to Coinbase International Exchange, the TURBO-PERP market has been placed into halt mode on both the Coinbase International Exchange and Coinbase Advanced platforms. While users are still able to post and cancel limit orders, no order matches will occur during this halt. The market halt is set to last for a minimum of one minute.
