Analysis

Michaël van de Poppe called the most obvious long for Bitcoin below $80,000 after price rejected at the $84,000 resistance and now risks treating $82,000 as fresh supply.

Price sits at $82,384 inside the Bollinger Bands with the upper band at $84,549 acting as immediate resistance and the lower band at $80,757 marking the next volatility target. The 50-EMA at $83,006 continues to cap rallies while the 200-EMA at $82,247 provides the nearest structural support; a clean break below that level would open the door to the $80,000 liquidity pool. MACD remains in death-cross territory at -447 and RSI at 48 shows no oversold condition, confirming the bearish trend structure that has dominated the past six months.
