US Government address moved another 750.2 WBTC ($62.34 million) to Coinbase Prime fifteen minutes ago, following an earlier $103 million exit that included 833.6 BTC.

Over the past 24 hours the same address has sent out $165 million in assets, with 1,583.8 BTC ($134 million) landing at Coinbase Prime; the entity still controls roughly $28 billion, dominated by 324,000 BTC.

Price action on the 4-hour chart shows BTC at $83,119.7 inside the Bollinger Bands with the upper resistance at $87,222.35 and lower support at $82,249.52; the EMA50 at $84,492.45 continues to act as overhead resistance while the EMA200 at $82,174.12 offers the next structural floor, and the MACD death cross at -573.11 keeps the short-term bias bearish even as RSI at 33.88 leaves room for a relief bounce toward the 50-EMA before any sustained move lower.
