According to @EmberCN, a whale who accumulated PEPE at the start of the current PEPE market cycle has transferred 400 billion PEPE ($4.22 million) to Binance in the last hour. Five months ago, on March 1, this whale withdrew 795.9 billion PEPE from Binance when the price was just $0.0000032, valued at $2.55 million at that time.
