Miami Art Week 2024 marked a significant milestone for the Tezos blockchain as it showcased its growing influence in the digital art world. Over the span of six days, the event featured more than 60 artists and multiple curations across various locations, according to Tezos. This year's exhibition highlighted Tezos as a leading platform for digital art and creative expression.

Tezos at the Miami Digital Art Fair

The Miami Digital Art Fair, held from December 3 to 8, was a centerpiece for Tezos' presence during the week. Organized by Blackdove, the fair featured a plethora of events and exhibits. Notable artworks included Martin Lukas Ostachowski's "Cloud Wallet" series and pieces by Violet Bond and Victoria West. Panel discussions also took place, bringing together prominent figures from the Web3 art community to discuss emerging trends and projects.

Innovative Installations and Collaborations

Among the standout installations was the "Kaleidoscope (…Bigger) House," a life-size dollhouse by Laurie Simmons and Peter Wheelwright. The installation, which explores themes of home and identity, will remain open until March 31, 2025. Accompanying the physical exhibit were new works by artists like Carla Gannis and Ana María Caballero, reflecting on identity and belonging.

Paintboxed Tezos World Tour

The Paintboxed Tezos World Tour, part of the Fake Basel event, was another highlight. This tour allows artists to work with the historic Quantel Paintbox, a digital art tool from the 1980s. The tour will continue globally, culminating in a showcase at the Digital Art Mile Basel 2025.

Tezpepe Phenomenon

The Tezpepe project, featuring Pepe-inspired artworks, captivated audiences at Fake Basel with impressive projections and sales volumes. The project, which included contributions from both legendary and Tezos-native creators, achieved notable primary and secondary sales, further solidifying Tezos' role in the art community.

Collaborations with Superchief at Scope Art Show

Tezos also collaborated with Superchief at the Scope Art Fair, showcasing a curated selection of digital art from 30 artists. The event featured a large-scale display and panel discussions on the evolving landscape of digital art on Tezos.
