(Rejected) Chinese Province Partners With QuarkChain to Develop Environment Governance Platform on Blockchain
QuarkChain, a blockchain infrastructure provider has announced a cooperation with an ecological department under a Chinese province government. The two bodies will collaborate to develop what is called an Environmental Governance Platform on Blockchain (EGPB). The EGPB will be used by the Shanxi Province in the NorthWestern part of the country for construction resource management and trading.
