Ron Yu

Biography

Ron started in Information Technology before becoming a digital forensics examiner, technical writer, and obtaining his JD and LLM degrees and US Patent qualification. He has taught postgraduate and undergraduate classes in Intellectual Property (IP), Patents, IP in Information Technology, and IP strategy. He is also a founding member of IIPCC - an NGO focused on IP commercialization, sits on the advisory board of WIPO Green, and has written books and articles on online learning, digital forensics, intellectual property, information technology, copyright law and constitutional law and written blog posts, book chapters and books on Electronic Evidence, Patent Law, Intellectual Property for Business and 3D Printing, blockchain, the law and AI and started companies involved in technical writing, education, computer localization and technical public relations.
