According to Lookonchain, the ETH/BTC rate has dropped to 0.043. James Fickel has seemingly stopped going long on the ETH/BTC trading pair. Since January 10, Fickel had borrowed 3,061 WBTC (worth $172 million) from Aave and exchanged it for 56,445 ETH at a rate of 0.05424.
