According to EmberCN, a hacker who had stolen $20.7 million worth of assets, including USDT, USDC, and ETH, from a US government wallet (address 0xc9e...34c) 21 hours ago, has returned $19.35 million of the assets. The hacker had previously moved 534 ETH, valued at $1.36 million, through multiple addresses. This act of returning the assets happened just half an hour ago.
