Four hours ago, he sold 6,429 ETH worth $21.45 million to acquire 227 WBTC, settling all his WBTC debts. Over the year, he incurred a loss of $68.84 million (20,632 ETH). Earlier in the year, he borrowed 2,987 WBTC from Aave at a rate of 0.054 to purchase 55,315 ETH, betting on the ETH/BTC rate increase. Starting in August, he began selling ETH to buy back WBTC for repayment, ultimately spending 75,947 ETH at a rate of 0.0393 to buy back the 2,987 WBTC. This marks a significant loss on his ETH/BTC long position.
