According to PeckShieldAlert, a Vitalik-labeled address transferred 800 ETH (approximately $2 million) to a GnosisSafeProxy address. Subsequently, this GnosisSafeProxy address supplied 1,900 ETH to the AAVE protocol and swapped 190 ETH for 477,300 USDC. (Source)
