According to @peckshield, OnyxDAO has experienced a loss exceeding $3.8 million due to a precision issue in the forked CompoundV2 code base. The exploited bug allowed attackers to drain funds including 4.1 million VUSD, 7.35 million XCN, 5,000 DAI, 0.23 WBTC, and 50,000 USDT by manipulating a nearly empty market. (Source)
