Ripple has acquired Fortress Trust, a subsidiary of Fortress Blockchain Technologies, which offers Web3 financial, regulatory, and technological solutions for blockchain pioneers. The acquisition strengthens Ripple's business and product trajectory, following its $250M purchase of Metaco in 2023. The merger extends Ripple's regulatory credentials, including a Nevada Trust license and 30+ Money Transmitter Licenses across the US and Singapore.
