In March, Polygon saw a surge in user activity, making it the second-largest blockchain gaming network in terms of unique active wallets. Polygon's Hunters On-Chain game, which has seen a 17,000% UAW increase in the past 30 days alone, was a significant contributor to this surge. Polygon's NFT integrations and partnerships with big-name companies like Warner Music, Starbucks, and Reddit have also contributed to its bullish momentum.

Reddit has launched the third generation of its blockchain-based digital collectibles, Reddit Avatars, on the Polygon blockchain. The release has generated excitement and predictions of quick sellouts, but some users have criticized the payment process.
Wakweli and Polygon Partner for NFT Authentication
Web3 protocol Wakweli has partnered with layer-2 scaling platform Polygon to offer certification of authenticity for NFTs. The partnership will allow all digital assets on Polygon to be compatible with Wakweli's certification system, enhancing the security of the digital ecosystem. Wakweli's testnet will be available in April, with alpha testing with Polygon's mainnet set to begin in Q2 2023.
Institutional Investors Seek Tokenization Solutions
Institutional investors are seeking solutions for easy implementation of tokenization to improve liquidity for global assets expected to reach $145.4 trillion by 2025. Polygon has been working with global players such as Hamilton Lane, which has already tokenized part of its $824 billion assets under management, and JPMorgan, which executed its first cross-border DeFi transaction on the Polygon network.
Polygon Launches Web3 .polygon Domains with Unstoppable Domains
Polygon and Unstoppable Domains have partnered to offer the ability to create Web3 .polygon domain names, enabling users to log into Web3 applications, use human-readable wallet addresses, and create decentralized websites. The service will be available to an estimated 180 million users and 40,000 services across the Polygon blockchain ecosystem. Unstoppable Domains makes use of Polygon to mint decentralized domains with zero gas fees. Users will be able to use .polygon domains to create digital identities that are compatible across 750 applications, games and metaverse platforms, as well as to login to web apps, act as cryptocurrency wallet addresses, and create decentralized websites.
Binance NFT Adds Polygon Network Support for Marketplace Trading
Binance NFT has expanded its marketplace by adding support for Polygon network, allowing users to trade NFTs using their Binance accounts. However, only selected ERC-721 NFT Collections on the Polygon network are currently available on the platform, with more to be integrated regularly. Binance also tightened its rules on NFT listings, delisting those with daily trading volume lower than $1,000 and limiting the number of NFTs artists can mint per day. Binance is also exploring AI with the launch of its AI-powered NFT generator, "Bicasso," which minted 10,000 NFTs in just 2.5 hours.
