In addition, ChatGPT's potential breach of its own data protection rules and the risk to minors who may be exposed to unsuitable content were also highlighted. The Center for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Policy has filed a complaint against ChatGPT, describing it as "biased" and "deceptive" and a risk to public safety and privacy.
